Finding Ways Home is an annual one-day conference created for all those on the ground serving the homeless throughout Western Pennsylvania. Using the methods of collaboration, education and field experience, this mini conference seeks to offer practical solutions and strategies for working with those experiencing homelessness in the community. Through carefully crafted workshops and dynamic speakers, the day will be filled with useful information and ideas that can translate into a more unified effort at helping others overcome homelessness.

Who can attend?

Finding Ways Home is designed for service professionals and nonprofessionals who are interested in learning and working together to strengthen and empower those experiencing homelessness. Whether a peer support counselor, service coordinator, part of a street outreach team, a community leader, or a volunteer at a soup kitchen, this conference strives to provide a wide array of information that will be informative for all.
