Street Outreach: June 15th
Please let us know if you are planning on joining us for our next Street Outreach:
Saturday, June 15th from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM
Join us as we hang out with our friends who live under bridges and in outdoor camps all around the city. Everyone is welcome to attend this outreach, but we ask that volunteers let us know if they are planning to come. Below are the details…
Where to go:
The Pittsburgh Project – 2801 N Charles St, Pittsburgh, PA 15214
When to arrive:
9:00 AM and we will finish around 1:00 PM. Lunch will be provided
Volunteers must wear long pants and closed toed shoes
All volunteers must sign a waiver. You can print off that waiver here
Because of the nature of this event, you do not need to bring anything to give out. However, if you would like to, please contact us with questions about what to bring.
What to expect:
To have a good time! Just come ready to make some new friends and have an adventure. Dress for the weather, with closed toed shoes, and pants that can get dirty, and are appropriate for traversing hills, rocks, and mud. This event will take place rain or shine.
We look forward to seeing June 15th.

Every Tuesday, 4:30-5:30 PM
Are you looking for ways to hang out with homeless men each week? Then consider being a regular trivia assistant with the ministry. Each Tuesday we visit Light of Life’s men’s shelter on the Northside from 4:30-5:30 PM to pass out candy, ready trivia questions, and build relationships with the men. If you are able and willing in connecting with these men, please be sure to fill out the form below. Please note this is an opportunity for men only who are at least 18 years old.
